I live over my business, one day out of the blue my Credit Union says my debt ratios are out of whack and they will not renew my mortgage. The Credit Union referred me to Threshold Mortgage and they refinanced my mortgage and now I have gotten my “ratios” back in balance and have returned to the Credit Union. Both Threshold and the Credit Union worked with me and saved not only my business but more importantly my home.
