I am a mortgage broker in Manitoba and have been in the lending industry for 23 years. I use Threshold Mortgages as my go to Private Lender. What I love about Threshold Mortgage is that they are open-minded in all aspects. By this I mean, they want to hear the story about my client’s scenarios and take the time to understand them. I do the majority of my lending in the rural communities and I find that they are very willing to entertain these properties as well. Turn-around time is very important to me as well and Threshold Mortgage does not let me down in this aspect either.
