I was with my bank for 20 years, paid my mortgage on the family cottage faithfully every month and thought my mortgage would be renewed. When it came up for renewal the bank said that I had not paid my property taxes for 2 years and that the bank had paid them; therefore, they will not renew the mortgage and we are moving to foreclosure. My mortgage broker took me to Threshold and saved a cottage that has been in the family for 3 generations. Thank you Threshold Mortgage.
